Method

Combine tequila, lime, passion fruit syrup, maraschino, and demerara syrup in a tin.
Add 12 to 14 oz pebble ice; flash-blend or drink-mix 2 to 4 seconds.
Pour into a double rocks glass. Serve 1 oz mezcal in a shot glass beside it; sip mezcal, then the drink. Plastic eyeball garnish optional.
